Professional Profile

THE INTERSECTION OF CODE & COUNSEL

I spent 17 years building the very technology that is now coming under regulation. From engineering Flight Management Systems at Airbus (where I hold a granted patent) to leading AI engineering at Nuance, I have mastered the “bits and bytes” of innovation at the highest level. Today, I am translating that technical precision into the language of the courtroom. As a 6th-semester LLB student, I don’t just study law; I bridge the critical communication gap between the engineers who build and the judges who preside. I provide law firms and corporations with a unique technical pedigree to navigate.

Most investigators see the result; I see the process. My deep understanding of Coding, System-Level Development and Software/Hardware architecture allows me to dismantle complex cyber-attacks at the kernel level. I don’t just find evidence; I explain the technical “why” behind the “how,” accelerating investigations that would otherwise stall in technical jargon. With nearly two decades in corporate IT leadership, I understand the business risks of non-compliance. I help organizations navigate: Drafting and defending high-tech patents from the perspective of an actual inventor. Translating complex server logs into airtight Section 63 BSA certifications. Drafting and defending high-tech patents from the perspective of an actual inventor. Implementing ethical AI frameworks and conducting rigorous DPDP Act 2023 audits built on actual system architecture knowledge. I’ve seen how systems are built. Now, I’m ensuring they are protected by law.
